Tiger Moth Formation & Aerobatic Flight for 2
Overview
During your exciting tiger moth formation flight you and another tiger moth plane will be flying side by side. You get to see and watch what is happening in the aircraft next to you, as well as experience all the thrills yourself!
Take off is done in unison and then you fly over the beautiful Burragorang Valley area - for the adventurous aerobatics are included - one aircraft performs the loops and rolls whilst the other watches and then vice versa, you then get to rejoin and return to land together.
Location
- Camden (Sydney - New South Wales)
We depart from Camden Airport - approximately 60-90 minutes from Sydney CBD. Exact meeting point and supplier's details are provided immediately after booking.
Additional Info
- There is a minimum age 15 years and a maximum weight 115 kg. A camera is ok but please bring a strap to attach it to your wrist. We ask customers to sign a flight form that gives us their name address and phone number. The passenger is fully insured for the duration of the flight.
- Wear comfortable casual clothing e.g. jeans, t-shirt and maybe a jumper for summer and a jacket for winter. Footwear - sneakers are ideal or very similar (no high heels or thongs).
- Numbers on the day: It will be you and your pilot in the one plane. All spectators are very welcome and will be escorted to an area on the tarmac where they can watch you take-off and land.
- Session length: Allow approximately 60 minutes for the total experience which includes 15 minutes preparation time - 30 minutes flight time and then 10 - 15 minutes at the end of flight for photos etc. Flights are available from 7am - 5pm, everyday (excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day).
- Clear, calm conditions are needed. We cancel in strong wind and adverse conditions. If in doubt please ring before leaving home. If cancelled we will re-schedule at a time to suit the customer. Minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule otherwise a 25% cancellation fee may be charged.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
The cancellation policy for this activity is as follows:
- Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier;
- Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund by the activity supplier.
